The Hobby falcon is such a dashing little chap I thought the name Raffles would suit.
As Raffles was also a jewel thief, I thought it appropriate that the falcon should have
a "jewel" stolen from the sky in his talons. The dragonfly is painted using metalic,
acrylic varnishes from Libron products. It is impossible to reproduce the effect on
screen but the body of the insect really does glow with iridescence.
